Ordered office equipment (small amount to check them out) - credit card was billed and paid.

Product was never delivered or shipped (as far as I can tell) no tracking number was provided. That should have been my first clue!!! It has now been 3 months and I have pretty well given up! :-(

I have sent numerous emails to them will no response! And, I have called multiple times without even a human answer (all of our representatives are busy BS) and no one has called back on the dozen or so voice mails I have left.
