Treasure Valley Rental Management How is this company still operating?! They have been sued several times and never won! Even filed bankruptcy! They don't have an office just a PO box Idaho

After working with Treasure Valley Rental Management through a series of emails we have been able to resolve the issues that we had.  It was unclear to us why we kept recieving fines and the terms of the lease were unclear to us upon reading them. 

When we were able to talk to someone about this. We were informed of the exact policies of the lease and found that we did have some violations that needed to be addressed.  Namely some invloving the back yard.  We payed the fines assessed. Those corrections were made, an agreement was reached, and a final inspection was made on the on the home by a third party.  It was agreed that we had made the corrections and that both parties are now content.  

I am happy to say that the rental company has been responsive to our emails and in making repairs to the home when requested.  

Now that we are fully aware of our duties while staying in the home. We are satisfied with the outcome of the situation and will continue to stay with this rental company.  

 We would have happily taken this report down if that was a possiblity however since that is not an option we wanted to point out that the issue has been resolved.

 The house is great. They allow pets. Maintenance is always quick and helpful.
