Placed order in February 2017 for a $100 gift subscription. It is now June and nothing has been received. My card was charged immediately upon the order. Customer service was contacted multiple times and a service rep, Kirsten, has continue to lie about when shipment would be made. Last contact was late April with a promise to ship "next week." Lies and fraudulent services. I have demanded a redund 3x and no response.
