Treeseeds.com Patrick Johnson Mail fraud Winooski Vermont

On January 24th 2018 I emailed Patrick Johnson information on his Christmas tree seeds. He quoted me $60 for 3,000. I sent him the $60 then he said if I sent him $20 more he'll send me another thousand. I sent him the additional $20. Since then I have made many attempts in contacting him regarding shipment.

He's constantly delaying me and stated my seeds were in and ready to ship. After and hounding him for another few weeks he said my seeds were finally in. He told me they were in already and ready to ship the next day see attachment .  I've given to my address three times he's done nothing but stall for over a month now the seller is unresponsive and rip me off for $80.
