Trend Zipy Vacolex I ordered the Spin Scrubber from an ad I saw on Facebook. Nothing has been received. 

I paid with my debit card and ordered this product back in June, 2018.

I was sent an email saying that there were issues with the manufacturer and that my order was delayed.

Emailed them a couple months later and was told the same thing and that my order would ship in the next few weeks. I emailed back and asked for a refund. No response.

I went to their website and sent another email through their contact information. No response.

My bank statement shows this as the vendor who was paid:

I would like my money back. This is a scam!
