Let me recap this ridiculous situation.
July order brown shorts blue shirt.
August order blue shorts black shirt.
September order in route?
July order shirt was too small, returned immediately and made size adjustment to profile.
August order ALSO had wrong size shirt EVEN after the online profile was changed.
TODAY I received the July shirt which is PINK LONG SLEEVE!!!
WHAT IN THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE BLUE SHIRT THAT WAS THE WRONG SIZE?
One would assume you would send the same shirt, but the correct size from the JULY ORDER!!
Absolutely the worst, slowest service I have EVER encountered!!
DO NOT waste your time or money!

This customer is stating that he got an outfit in July, returned it and changed his sizing. Without the person's email or address I can't exactly help this individual, but I can talk about our policies. So in regards to him not getting the same shirt back, this is covered in both our FAQ and TOS. It states that in the event we do not have the particular item in the size required, we will ship them a comparable alternative based on their style profile. We wish we had information regarding who this customer exactly is or their email used on their profile so that we may try to work with this person in making sure they get exactly what they want.
