Extremely exorbitant fees. Charging $610. before we were even aware that fees were being charged, and adding daily to the fees. The WORST customer service ever, actually ridiculing me on the phone.

They will sell our car, earn money, still expect $1500 from us, or put a lien on a license. What a scam!

Why didn’t you make arrangements to get your car during the 18-days? Of course storage is not free. It appears you may have abandoned the car.
