TRI-STAES GENERAL CONTRACTORS Thomas Roca and Christine Arreaga Plumbing Contractors-Don't show up when scheduled. Damaged the sink,pipes and disposal. Gave MIsinformation, RUDE & Insulting Denver Colorado

WE called this plumber to fix a plugged drain. The owner Thomas Roca said he would be at the place in the evening or by noon or 1 the next day. With no call showed up after 5 after our waiting all day. Damaged the pipes,Drain and disposal. Was Rude, demanding and Insulting giving misinfrmation and lying about he work they did. Spent more time demanding payment within less time than it took for them to show up in the first place.  Sent no Bill Just asked to be paid with a credit card on the phone. No address/ No name of the Business and no bill submitted until asked specifically for one.( No Address on the Bill, had to call back to get them to give and address to mail the check to)

 After the check was mailed she called and then he called threatening Legal Action, Police Arrest, Law Suiits and Actions inCourt. I said I was not satified with their Services at all but piad the Bill and Mailed the check. This guy and this company are complete ripoffs and spend more time harrassing people than doing the work they are contracted to do.  Don't use them as they are malicious incompetant Rude and Insulting and do bad, shoddy and incomplete work for more money than they are worth. After he received the check he called to collect $25.00 more than ther Bill was for and again threatened legal actions, lawsuits court actions and worse.
