I worked for Greg Shipman through tristate Expedited, who was buying a straight truck from Fred Butler. I worked for Greg Shipman for about 2 months, and only got paid $1300. His reason why I hadnt gotten paid the foll $3400 that was owed was that he never got the money from Fred Butler.

I contacted Charlie Getz on several ocassions, and stated that he couldnt do anything.

Contract Information

AUTHOR: Charlie - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, December 05, 2011

Drivers working for an owner are always covered by a contract that both parties sign. In this case neither driver nor owner had agreement to refer to, you cannot figure out any status of claim that is not written down. Both parties in this case had opinions, who was right and who was wrong. The contract must we written to be final and binding and be able to be enforced.
