I would also like to get in on the class action suit on here. I'm in the process of getting my car back hopefully Monday Feb 4th 2008..can someone on here please e-mail me with some info on what to expect...when i spoke with them on the phone today, they told me that if i come up with the amount owed and paid the fees for the tow and lot i would be ok and get my car back....do u think they will keep their word and do that?....
