On 8/31 TLG*JUSTFORME made an unauthorized charge of $59.99 to my Chase Master Card. Unfortunately, I did not discover this charge untl January 2008 while categorizing the statement into my Quicken. Chase will not reverse the charge and I have attempted to contact this company by telephone but I get put on hold and a representative NEVER picks up. I have sent email through their website without a response and have written to them requesting my $59,99 back. I would appreciate any assistance you can give.
