Trinity Medical Solutions, (Matt Carns), agreed to purchase an Acuspina Decompression machine from me for a mere $37,000 (a 150K machine). They called me at 5 o'clock at night to make sure I wanted to sell it, sent me a contract that night and soemone came to pick it up the next day. The terms of the contract were payment in full in 45 days. It has been more than 6 months(November 2008) and he will nto take my calls and has not paid me one dime. I have contracted with an attorney and they will be served within the next ten days.
