Triple Alert - Experian Don't Pay For Outdated Info Allen, TX Nationwide
I paid for three years of services and learned lately that the "Potentially Negative" section in their alerts includes info from years ago that may or may not have been corrected. Corrections to your credit are not reported there. In addition, NONE of the information in that section actually appears on my recent credit report, so it is not really 'potentially negative.' After spending nearly a year correcting a fraudulent item on my report in 2011, Experian's Triple Alert service still has not picked up the change. I have cancelled my service, but still have that bitter taste of rip-off in my mouth...
