like others I have been charged for 7 months(about $105)(14.95 at a time) with out knowing till last week. in my pending section on my account it said credit report (normally it just said "cic triple ") so it cuaght my eye.
1) the bank said it could do nothing sense it said in the terms and cond. but to call and cancel and if it happened again they could get them. he told me to call and tell them I never wanted to be a "member" and was never aware that I would be charged anything, he knew people were getting refunded 1-5 months
2) after getting through to a superviser at triple,I was very very nice and told them I never was aware that i would be charged, and after viewing credit that 1 time, had never been to thier site again for any sevice.
3)first i was offered 1 month refund, I said that was not fair to chargers a total of about$105 for a "free" credit report AND why are some getting 1 month and others 5 months back? I really need this money back could I please speak to your suprviser. i ws put on hold and told I would get 89$ and that is as far as I have got
