I saw a woman who allegedly appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show touting the Brazililian product as a surefire method of losing weight rapidly. I agreed to try a "free" sample with no obligation to buy.
I was both surprised and dismayed to receive a package from Beach Ready LLC and when I checked my bank account on-line was really upset for two bills from TRISLIM USA: $149.85; $15.95.
Earlier this week, I had notified CUSOCAL of unauthorized ATM withdrawals and at their suggestion had the card canceled. I called CUSOCAL again today and am driving 65 miles tomorrow to show them this letter and the claims of fraud against this firm.
