My father contacted Ralph Smith of Tropical Breeze Boating and was interested in selling his boat, a one year old, 28 foot, Baha Cruiser, beautiful boat! Well, he took his boat and told him he had a buyer over seas. He never produced a bill of sale, cash, and just basically fell off the face of the earth.

My father has been trying to fight this to no avail. Any information from anyone who has had any success in finding this horrible individual would be greatly appreciated. Any tips? Leads? Your story? People he may have worked with, officers in the company, president, anything!!!
