Tropical Chevrolet Miami , Fl Unfortunately , I was scammed for $1500 in this dealership by the service department. Miami Florida

In June of 2018 I went to my local Chevrolet dealer , Tropical Chevrolet , to fix a problem that i had with my vehicle where my key was stuck in the ignition. I went to a factory dealer knowing it does cost more , and believing with the unethical practices in je sito I seis tu that i wouldn’t have that sort of problem with GM directly . After taking my vehicle for repairs and without a complain, dishing out a whopping $1000 for my bill, I was right back there within a couple of weeks with the same complaint .

To sum things up , I’ve been there 4 tines in about a month and a half’s time. I am hoping this time was truly my last . Today I went to go pick up my vehicle for the third time of them completing the same repairs , and just as I was finally relieved hoping this problem was over , one of the employees stops me and says I damaged the loaner vehicle and was responsible for a repair that costs $1500, but they would do me a "favor” and only charge me $1100, because of the mishaps I had already experienced with them in such a short amount of time . One of the managers proceeded to tell me that I drove the vehicle 30 miles , not realizing that I was on bed rest with a rib contusion, and I live a couple of blocks away from the dealership, so this vehicle never left my home! I was forced into them charging my card for $500, not including the $1000 that I already spent .

Lastly , when I asked for them to pull the video that showed the female employee and I doing the vehicle’s inspection before I left the dealer , they first stated it could take a long time to pull the video , and then stated they saw the video of me and I never pointed it out BUT, He texted me the completely wrong date of me picking up the vehicle . I really knew there was a big problem when they wanted me to pay additional for my repairs after they repaired the wrong part , then said I drove the loaner vehicle 30 miles ! Disgusting , this is a terrible place .
