Tropical Pool Store Sent a package that I didn't receive and didn't follow up with it. Yatala Queensland

Tropical Pool Store sent a package that I never received. I checked DHL, the carrier, which had a conflicting transit report. It stated it was delivered on July 20th and then DHL had scanned it in the Cincinatti depot on July 22nd, two days after they said they delivered it. DHL looked in to this and said they delivered it. I never recieved it. DHL said to contact the shipper, Tropical Pool Store, which I did, for a claim. After several emails that didnt get returned until I sent a few, Tropical Pool Store just kept saying that DHL says it was delivered they wouldn't file a claim. So now I am out $260.00 dollars because they will not file a claim?

After a month of getting nowhere I decided to go to all houses near me with the same address number and I found it a few blocks away. Fortunately the neighbor was honost and gave me the package. I am not happy that I had to " hunt down" my package in order to recieve it. DHL was incompetent in delivering and following up on the delivery, but Tropical Pool Store really dropped the ball on customer service. They just didn't care about the customer after I was told by DHL for the shipper to file the claim. They just didn't file a claim and did not care once they had their money. They have poor customer service! Anyone dealing with them needs to be aware.
