I received several letters from TRS Recovery Services, Inc, in Houston, Texas, a TeleCheck affiliate, asking for payment for bad checks written to their client, Walmart 5124 Eca. I tried to call them to report they were contacting the wrong person and was given a PO Box to respond to in writing. After sending this letter, they continued to send me "Investigations" letters for this dept. I called and finally got through to an agent. I explained the reason for my call. The agent asked me for my social security number, drivers license number and bank routing number. When I refused, I was disconnected.
