We trusted Charles and agreed to lend him $8000.00 to finish fixing a property at 9345 S. Michigan in Chicago. 

Over a year and a half later he is hiding from the process servers trying to delay the foreclosure process.

He took the money we funded him directly and spent it somewhere else and did not finish the property.

Check out his websites and notice how he never posts a physival address.

If he mentions that he has an attorney be very careful as well.

Do not trust this scammer with one penny.  Dishonest and a fraudster.
