My car's tires were stolen in the AM on 12/14/2011, and hours later I see an ad on craigslist for exactly what was stolen from my car. When I called to ask him about the tires, he said some guy came in and sold them to him for $200 cash. He then told the police that he doesn't record any type of identification on those he purchases parts from.
I find this highly offensive, especially in light of all the tire thefts happening around Indianapolis. Pawn shops are obligated by law to record information on strangers selling them things, so why shouldn't Tru Motorsports? This is very bad business practice and encourages tire theft in the area; the criminals get away with it very easily!

Tru motorsports is a criminal enterprise which runs on a mob mentality posing Jorge Lacayo as some Demi-god. They feel like with having numbers on their side and giving breaks and free parts to kids and scum who will do their dirty work is business as usual. He had an affair which started when my exfiance came in there looking for a christmas gift for me. He made sure to get her number and low and behold, it's not two weeks before he and her are meeting in secret. This man is married with one child and a brand new baby. There is a complete lack of morality there. According to her when she came clean, everyone who worked there knew about it and helped keep it quiet. These guys don't deserve anyone's business.
