Ron Hummel DBA Trucking Planet sent me email detailing state by state list of freight shippers name address and all business information for $19.99 per state. i paid him the $19.99 for the state of Missouri. i downloaded the what was suppose to be 2400 Missouri addresses. i found it was spread sheet with page after page of worthless numbers starting with 1 and going to over 600000. i stoped looking at 600000. this is a total scam purported with pay pal with the sole purpose and intent to scam truckers like me out of $19.99. they are thinking i wont report the scam for that small amount. pay pal is also responsible for this scam. Pay Pal took money from my debit card in furtherance of this scam. Pay Pal and Ron Hummel both refuse to talk to me.

RON HUMMEL THE SCAMMER SAYS: I could have emailed him.... I did that no answer...i could have called him...i did no answer....i am a competitor...i am not...i am a lyer....i have told the truth about him and his company....why did he not just send the information I bought and paid for instead of over 600000 meaningless numbers....Ron send a copy of the information I bought and paid for from you and send the recite for the refund showing I received it..send to ripoff report all scammers never take responsibility for being a crook it's always the other persons fault that you got fought in this scamm you have probably been running...one other thing how can I an owner operator trucker be a competitor in your scams.

I DO NOT HAVE 600,000 COMPANIES IN MISSOURI. The databas of factories is about 2,400. This is a lie and highly suspect of what a lowlife competitor would post.
This so called "trucker" is a liar, and received a full refund shortly after ordering.
Now you thieves want to run with this lie and charge me a fee to remove it?
We'll work it out in court.

you know very well what you are doing. i contacted you the day i recieved your email containing over 600000 numbers no information just numbers. this ripoffreport complaint is probably making it a little harder to scam others.
i recieved an email saying you refunded my money.....another scam. ..i have not recieved a refund or the list of shippers i paid you for.....so anyone reading this ripoffreport complaint filed by me can see that you are running a total scam....so anyone thinking about doing business with ron hummel beware. dba trucker planet...

Things can get real busy here and I am sorry I missed your call. The system is deploying thousands of downloads per month and it's hard to pick up a glitch for a wrong download sometimes.
I just became aware of this today. Your payment has been refunded back to your paypal account as of this morning. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, this is the only complaint we have ever had here after 15 years in business.
