I had ordered from a pop up ad on amazon, which is not suppose to be on there, I did not find that out till much later, after this company, called Oro-Lift, wanted to bill my cc, after I purchased an item, which I had a choice between 3, I ordered a sample for a reduced price from the pop up Ad... I was billed $6.97. they had no terms of agreement or anything on the pop up ad..

Later the Oro-lift cream, tried to bill my cc card $226.16. stating I agree now to the terms of the trial jar of Oro-lift.I then contacted Amazon, due to this pop up ad, assuming it was from them! they told me no, never click on those, they are bogus... and will rip you off, as they have.

they now have this support@trueaccord.com emailing me over and over to collect a debt they say I owe now. how they even got this email is beyond me, when I ordred it from my amazon screen name.. I also contacted my cc company, and disputed the claim, they changed my cc card, As they themselves tried to contact this Oro-lift product and the phone number was disconnected/out of service!

this company support@truaccord.com keeps contacting me via- email for the money, I do not owe, and also never recieved a product for 226.16 I asked this company to provide me with documentaion, they won't.. they have not once sent me a bill to my home! this business is suppose to be out ofSanfransisco california, but the emails come out of Washington, as I have done an Ip check on their emails..

I am sick and tired of being harassed by them, I would not ever pay anything like that by email.. Or for a product for that price! amazon will be investigating this matter, since they do keep all pre-corded conversations, and I did contact them fight away in regards to this matter, a second time now! trying to collect any so called debt, by eamil? we are not living in the stone age.

I consider this to be harrassment! true cord is not in good standing with the state of California either...

thank you
