In this forum they claim to be good hackers, offering different underground services payable by Bitcoins or Perfectmoney They ask you to put money into escrow, so that you pay to escrow, then the other party does the job. After the money is into escrow, your account is overtaken, and on your behalf written stuff like "Thank you, was really a great thing, I received so fast" and so everybody who reads that, thinks WOW, another one hit it! Instead, your account is taken over by admins, who have the escrow account and at same time they have other "service offers"
