TruLegal LLC Membership Cancellation Denver, Colorado
* : We are here
*Consumer Comment: Work with your credit card issuer
We have been trying to cancel our membership to TruLegal since September of 2008. We have notified them by mail , phone fax and e-mail with no response, yet $30 per month is still being charged to our credit card. If we can't get ahold of anybody at TruLegal, why are they still charging us.

This is Rachael OHanlon the owner of TruLegal. You are still being billed because we have not heard from you and your monthly legal membership plan is still active. If you would like to cancel you can send me an email directly at rach11@trulegal.us, which has not changed since the company was opened. I have not received a call from you or any mail or you would have been cancelled. Please email me your information and i would be happy to cancel your membership. I would cancel it now but i do not know who you are. Kenneth doesnt give me enough information. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.

Kenneth,
Contact your credit card company and 1) disallow any further charges from this company and 2) file a dispute regarding the charges that have already been wrongly assessed.
Best of luck!
