Truthfinder keeps charging me for a cancelled subscription Internet

Truthfinder charged me for two subscriptions on the same day although I ordered one.  After numerous emails they admitted that I had cancelled my subscription and refunded my money, but now they continue to charge my credit card for the subscription that I cancelled.  I have called and emailed them, they say again that they see that I cancelled my subscription, but they refuse or are unable to figure out how to refund my money.  Their current excuse is that they can't find a record of the subscription, but they do have a record of the cancellation.  It's really bizarre.  Do not purchase a subscription with them, you'll regret it.

Truthfinder.Com Strikes Again

In the midst of dealing with Truthfinder about charging my Visa card for a subscription that I cancelled in November, they charged me again in January.  Unbelievable.  Now they claim that the charge is associated with an email address that is different from mine on a Visa Card that isn't active.  I have reported them (again) to my Visa card company and they have also placed a stop payment on any charges in the future that come from this company.  Do not get involved with Truthfinder, their customer service department is probably the worst I have ever dealt with.
