TRX software Doug Hughes ripoff worst software, incompetent customer support, murfreesboro, Tennessee

TRX software ruined my tax preperation business with all of their software malfunctions.  This software company can not be relied upon to provide anything except headache and dissappointment.  Customers will not tolerate incompetance.  After TRX software your clients will seek other service and never return to you.  TRX is late on all forms, we still have no state forms and it is Feb 7.  Bank Products......... here is another cool feature from TRX.  They say they can pull your tax prep fees out with the bank product but the only fee that is processed is the bank fee.  So your client will pay a $50 bank fee and you will not get any tax prep fee.  Maybe Doug Hughes is working for the bank.  After I prepared 100 tax returns and efiled them with bank fees attached, the bank is getting their $49.95 fee but I will not a tax prep fee because TRX software malfunctioned.  MALFUNCTIONING SOFTWARE, NO TAX PREP FEES WITH HELD, I should change my name to VITA now that I have TRX software.
