When I moved into my new apartment I was told by the apartment manager that they were wired for a wireless high speed internet service.

I was interested so I called Tsuanmi that same day. I asked them several questions including, "Can I download MP3s?" Her answer was yes. Another question was did they have to take apart the tower of my computer to hook up. (My computer is under warrenty) Her answer was no.

A young kid who seemed very agravated that I would not pay him right there for the 65.00 hook-up fee in cash came into my apartment and refused to even hook my computer up for service without me signing a waiver. This waiver stated that any damage to the computer could not be blamed on them. I signed it not knowing this would be my un-doing.

He sat down and right away took the top off my computer tower to my horror for the seal for warrenty was broken in the process. It what seemed like forever the hook up was complete but slow. He stated my apartment was, "In the wrong place."

My service was slower than dial up for 3 weeks. I was told to call support when I complained and left several messages with them. I finally on that third week got a hold of someone. Who told me my problem was fixed. It took him 2 minutes to fix and seemed surprized that the installer could not do that himself or that I could not get a hold of anyone in support.

The first thing I tried to do was download some MP3s. For some reason the connection would not let me connect to the satalite. I was very upset. I called support again and asked the same gentleman why I could not download MP3s. His response, "I don't know." I was furious. I called your local billing number and talked to the first girl I made contact with. I asked her the same question. She said I don't see why you can't let me contact my superviser and get back to you tomorrow morning.

Well 3 days went by and I called her. This is her response to the letter; "Sorry you can not download MP3s." I asked her why she told me I could. Her response, "We just don't know anything." This was her acual response.

So I asked her what I had to do to disconnect my services. She say you won't be billed any further if you return the equitment here in the offices in Spokane. She also told me I would only be billed for Febuary. I was upset but agreed and paid. I returned the equipment the very next day.

Upon returning the equipment I asked for a reciept showing I did indeed return the products. The portly gentleman seemed very annoyed I would asked and flat out refused and even laughed at me. So to no surprise I get the March a bill of over 300$ for lost or not returned equipment. I once again had to call the first girl I talked to but no surprise had to leave a message. She agreed that I did return the equipment and told me I would have to go back to the office for a reciept.

I went back to the same portly gentelman asking for a reciept. God forbid he had to get out of his chair. What he gave me was a card with his signature on tha back. I asked for a write up and again he laughed.

It is now June and I am still being billed for services. When I complained I received a notice I will be sent to collections if I do not pay the amount of 119.80. This is for services they say I started in May. I have left several messages and can never even during business hours seem to get anyone on the phone.

I am very upset and I have no idea what I can do. I never, and I repeat never signed a contract with them or agreed to a contract. I was told by the girl on the phone all I had to do was return all my equipment which I did.

Please can someone out there help me?
