they are crooks that tell you they are going to collect your monies owed and then go and settle the claim without your approval for very little.  i was owed $68,000 dollars and they settled it for $3,000.   what a cry and shame.  we did a beautiful landscape for this guy and he didn't pay so when tucker albin and associates called and said that they would collect it within one week i said alright\.  they would call me and tell me they had my client on a fence and that would i settle for $ 60,000 and i said yes and know they go and settle for $3,000.  THAT  is bulls**t.  don't ever use them
