After using Tuition Management Systems successfully for three years, the first payment for my daughter's senior year "did not go through." There was money in the bank, and I had re-enrolled with TMS with exactly the same information I used in the prior years. After 40 minutes on the phone no one could explain what had happened. My bank never received a request for payment, but TMS hit me with a penalty fee.

The customer service is zilch.

I unenrolled. Currently, they have agreed to waive only half the penalty.
