TULLESHOP.COM I ordered placed an order at 6:00pm and the next morning at 10:00pm they refused to allow any changes or cancellation.
I placed an order with this company and the next morning realized that I had forgotten something. I did an online chat with them as they have no contact number and they said that I could not put and order on hold, change an order or cancel an order. They had not shipped it yet but said that I only had 30 mins from the time the order was placed to do any of the above. I said why wouldnt you want to have additional business and they said it is just there policy. when an order isnt shipped yet just processing, it doesnt matter. My guess is because shipping is expensive and they get more money. Greed and poor customer service bad combo. Buyer Beware!!
