got the belt 2 months ago. the program does not work. Cancelled "continuation order" 4 weeks ago and just got billed again. after calling them and saying I cancelled a month ago they said it was part of the continuation program and wanted to "educate" me on the process. after constant complaining i was told that I was getting 100% of my money back from the most recent charge. do not get this product!
