I have paid this company $4,144.85 since 9/6/07. They again charged me $49.95 this month. They do nothing for me, and promised a return on my money. They cannot be contacted (their telephone number doesn't work). This was supposed to be an "e-mail blast"', that when purchased they would return your money, with a profit. The business was set up to provide "income" for your investment. I have not seen one nickel form them. I have contacted Discover Card to dispute the payment taken from my account on 3/20/08, of $49.95, which bring the total to $4,144.85. I want my money back, and these guys prosecuted. They are dishonest and not reputable.

I signed up with TV Travel in July 2010. Everything they told me has been provided just as they said. The only thing perhaps that is lacking is that I also, expected to earn more money faster which is why I choose to proceed with TV Travel vs the company I had initially planned to sign up with. However, I have read numerous reports of nothing happening in a vast array of websites complaining about this company. I just want to say - I have had no problems with contacting this organization and if you sign in to the website, you can have an "instant chat" with someone who works in the office there. You might also try mailing them a letter. Their address is posted on their website and several others from what I have seen today.
I have earned checks from new people who signed up like myself in July, from the Travel Portal- the 20% comission from hotels, etc. I have actually received these checks. One check is currently in the pending process. The only real difference that I see is 2 things - 1) most of the people complaining didn't give it any time and with ALL business and business opportunities - it takes time to get things going and begin making a profit - 3 or 4 weeks just isn't enough!!! The guy I initially spoke with shared with me to take time to learn as much as I can about advertising, online advertising, etc. He said the more I can advertise, the more I will earn. I can rely on them to do all my advertising but I will do better if I do my own advertising "in addition" to theirs. He gave me many suggestions in how to proceed. These are things that I have been learning and doing to grow my business apart from purchasing advertising packages. There is NO instant money business out there unless you rob a bank or something (and yes - I know they all claim to make you big money now, but they all also have that disclaimer in really small print somewhere inconspicuous saying that these earnings that they are talking about are not typical). and 2) all of these complainers chose to back out with the first 1-3 months and if they read the paperwork and the websites etc,. they would see that there were stipulations on time to quit and refunds. One guy complaining that he when received 500 leads and didn't earn anything - he quit! Wow. I had my first 500 leads within a month so I know he didn't give it any time. One lady said she quit the first week and now she's all angry at TV Travel because she didn't earn anything! But I also note that in this "Rip Off Report" website are names of many many companies with rip-off filed against them - companies I would never have imagined to be here and this has actually furthered my willingness to continue with TV Travel because if Home Depot and Lowes, and all the major banks have rip-off complaints against them, then who doesn't? I personally have some serious issues with Wells Fargo at the moment because they are forcing me to sale my moms home of which I have paid the mortgage on for the past 12 years in order to pay her debt simply because my name was not on the mortgage when she died. So I have to sell everything and my home too and move to who knows where because they won't forgive the debt of an old lady who died unexpectedly - there would be 4 other companies on this list also however, Wells Fargo has shown no compassion for my situation and is not willing to work it out at all with me and calls me weekly to see when I will pay the full amount due despite the 20+ conversations we have had now all with the same conversation. I don't even get a choice to make payments to them. I also have serious issues with an MRI Imaging Center that refuses to refund my mom the $9,000 they charged her for her MRI's when they made a mistake sending the paperwork to her insurance companies. Which they have since corrected and have since been paid by the insurance companies and still refuse to reimburse her the $9,000 that she paid them!!!!! I am pretty sure this is outright illegal and we will be filing charges soon on this one. Wow, every company will make mistakes. Legally, Wells Fargo can do this to me, morally, I surely hope the President of this company spends some serious time with God before he dies because he will have to answer for all the little people like me, whose lives were seriously messed up because of the greed of his company. Many companies listed are ones that I never would have thought of. So for all the people complaining about TV Travel - I would ask you first before you complain any more - what have "YOU" personally done to help make your business grow? And if your answer is nothing - then you have nothing to complain about.
If you can't get your money back, then perhaps you should think about taking time to learn about what you have invested in and see about making a "GO" of it, learn more about advertising etc. as well. There is a surprising amount of free advertising on the web. It take time to search it out though an set it up. But hey, maybe I am wrong, but probably you should actually "work" for some of this money. Go online and sign into "Chat" ask them what can you do to improve yours sales apart from giving them more money, tell them you haven't been happy, but tell them nicely, because telling them nicely produces a nice productive response and then you can have a fruitful conversation which may very well resolve your situation instead of both of you having a really bad day by the time you are finished chewing this person out.
And last - it is well known that you have to spend money to earn money. That is true for ALL home based businesses as well as any business elsewhere. Even a full time babysitter has to spend money on their license, making their home safe and providing safe toys and nutritious food, etc. etc. etc. everything needed for children to be there all day.

I signed up with TV Travel last month and they have always answered the phone for me (so far anyway); however, I have a few different numbers. The customer call center number that I have is 1-877-652-2034 and the lady I spoke with there was named Randi Jean. The customer service number is 1-866-829-7169, and the coach that called me to try to talk me into purchasing advertising (his name was Chris) is 1-480-371-2503. I've also spoken with a young lady named Sara and here is her information: TV Travel - Sara Williamson - direct: 1-480-371-2493 or 1-480-371-2495 (she gave me both numbers).
As of this moment, I haven't received a dime from them either. In fact, they now offer a "travel portal" in addition to the other three sites that you probably purchased. My own sister booked and payed for her travel through this portal and my backoffice should have recorded this and shown it within 10 business days (at least that's what they told me when I called them about it after three days of not seeing it) and it still isn't showing up. I plan to call them again tomorrow in regards to it.
The more I read about this company, the more I think that I've become a victim myself. I wish you the best of luck in getting your money back. I spent only a small fraction of what you've shelled out, but I didn't buy into their advertising because I know how to do that myself. I suppose that's a good thing now!
