We ordered three TV series on July 26, 2007. We received email confirmation that the DVDs should arrive by August 11, 2007. Still no DVDs on September 4, 2007.

We've sent three email messages and haven't had a single reply.We received notice that there had been a postal error that would delay our order two weeks.

While searching for contact information for Garcia Media Group (the name on our credit card statement) this is the first web site that appeared - not a good sign.
