I made a purchase recently online from DVDHomeHouse for some DVD's.  That was a huge mistake.

First of all, there was no phone number on the website, red flag!  The purchase was charged twice to my card, second mistake.  Tried to email the company, as this was the only form or communication, no response, how convenient.  Contacted my card company and was able to obtain a phone number, 217-334-4083 for one charge.  The second charge was from HereNowDVD's 510-455-4672 (the charge from this company was reversed).

When I called the company, more than once, always the same person answering the phone, he always had excuses.  I would try to ask a simple question only to be insulted, yelled and screamed at, then he would hang up.  This person has called me everything in the book, talk about customer service.

I received the order, but not even close to what the website said.  Website said 344 uncut episodes on 75 brand new DVD's, I received 15 DVD's burned off the internet from China.  The copies are so bad they are impossible to watch!!  Called company back to request refund, was asked why, I told him I only received 15 out of 75 DVD's and was told the next shipment would be in in a few days.  Told him I didn't want and was told to refuse the order.  After talking to the credit card fraud department I was advised to accept the order.  This way when I return it I will have a tracking number.  To refuse the order there would be no tracking number and he would get the last laugh.
