Thank god I found this website otherwise I'd be searching for sumthing that would never come! I too purchased a DVD Box set of Duckman and I received a package with the wrong tracking number and wrong item. The DVD's I got were off some old 70's show it was inside a VHS box and DVD's looked like they were pirated semi-professionally I've never tried watching the discs but i'm sure they would be awful like everyone keeps saying. After reading posts on this site I decided a chargeback was my only option I went down to the bank today and told them the story I had to print out the emails about the order and write a full letter on the entire situation I write up 3 pages worth so they know EVERYTHING. anyhow I was able to give the right amount of documents and info the bank needed in order to request the chargeback and investigate which thief of there has my money! takes about 45 hmm 90 days for them to check it out. Hopefully the bank will email me saying they were able to get my money back!

I have also been done by these people. I also wish to file a Chargeback.
Do you have their address to return the item to?
I was told by my bank the item needs to be sent back via registered mail and proof of this retained, but I no longer have the box it came in. I don't even know if there was an address on it.
