we purchased power supply board and main board for vizio e420va  42" hdtv  sent wrong boards we sent them back sent our two boards to be serviced or rebuild  ,then they never sent them back to us  owes us    2 boards  plus  we paid for 2 boards that cost 148.00            this is a rip off         drove by this address  sat 08-17-2013  ita a single wide trailer falling apart   did not go to door    nobody was there.      we were ripped off  and we are pissed -off.  they owe us money  and parts.
