my Dark Shadows dvd's box set contain eleven dvd's not properly recorded. some are not recorded on at all, some partial recorded. May 14 they said replacements will be sent. today July 9 no replacements. they do not answer my emails.

TVRuby CW MARKETING I should have looked at the RIPOFF REPORT site before ordering from this ripoff place! I received the Five Mile Creek DVD collection on 8-15-12. It was inferior quality and was returned to them on 0 Mississauga, Ontario
