I have noticed for the past two months I have received 4 charges in the amount of $2.00 each. I have no idea where these charges came from and obviously did not authorize them.

You submitted your account info to a website and then a survey gave you an offer for a "free" magazine subscription scam. I found this out by simply doing a google search of the 800 number from your complaint.

Best advice I found was go here ----->  (https://www.magcustomerservice.com/wss/home.do)  and you can cancel the subscription hopefully.
