When I bought the Ultimate Record label package from TY Cohen last year it offered a video with it on the site Which wasnt included when i received the package. I called & asked where the video was & they said it was included & didn't exist! But at the time it was advertised on the site. They also didnt want to refund my money! This guy is a total rip-off. I now see that they have taken that portion off they are false advertisers & sell dreams Not great information! beware Dont buy his packages.

This customer was right. At the time that he ordered there was a mention of a video that was included. The video actually had to be recalled do to manufacturing problems, so we offered him a refund or a credit, yet he refused to respond to our contact attempts. At this point we are still open to giving him a refund, credit or combination of the two. The ball s in his court. Our customers are extremely important to us.
