TyVy Pet Hotel My dog was NEGLiGENTLY killed at this facility Tampa Florida

I took my dog Blue into this facility being that it had a 5 star rating (we later found out that management and friends of management were giving themselves the 5 star rating) . I dropped him off at 7am, a little after 8 am i received a phone call that all of his nails on each of his paws were bloody..Brianna at the desk asked if I recently had his nails clipped i advised her that the last they were clipped was 2 months ago..i also asked if I needed to turn around and drive back from Orlando to get him or if he needed medical attention and she said no that he was ok ..they had put quick stop under each nail..she told me to log in and see him in his room that he was calm and fine..

By 2pm, i received a call from Lori Weberman (mgr in michigan) telling me Blue was dead, he was hit by a car..one of the employees decided to take my boy a block off premises on a LEAD, not his harnass and leash, to walk him around a lake WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! WITH BLOODY PAWS!! Blue snapped the frayed  lead they had wrapped around part of his neck and under his fron leg and ran into a 6 lane hwy and was killed ...the story changed with Ms Weberman at every phone call..she claimed that they tried to do me a FAVOR by walking him one on one..I NEVER gave them permission to take my boy off premises much less, what looks like, cut his nails...I have retained an attorney, these people are giving themselves 5 star ratings on Yelp and Google..NOT ONE APOLOGY and they're deleting my reviews
