This company, unknowingly, charged myself, and lots of others, $23.96 for a subscription to a coupon service while applying for a pay day loan online.  They claim that it's written and a voluntary service, but where it is written on the page is anyone's guess.  I try to pay attention and read the fine print on these offers, but if I was tricked and missed it, that means that countless thousands of others have done the same.

Same thing happened to me. After reporting it to Wachovia, Wachovia told me that I need to close account out as this will continue to happen and they will not be able to keep refunding future fraudelent charges. I think it is unfair but I do understand their position. I closed out my account and opened a new one.
