I have been charged $10.59 for the last two months for something i did not request...I don't even know who these people are or what they do!

On my bill it reads "Uscredrepair Mthly Fee". Who do these people think they are? How can they just go in and charge my account without my permission?

I am a 76 year old widow of a retired Verizon worker and am not happy at all. I worked for them myself and right now am ready to cancel my service from them.
