I have a Lifetime Warranty contract with U.S.A. window factory, and now when I call for service, I found out they are out of Business, as I understand Life warranty mean Life warranty, How a company can disappear living all customers with no insurance that was paid in advance, they promise will be for life, and now no one its taking responsibility for maintenance of my windows. this company it's or was the worst thing in my life...

Companies go bankrupt and their warranties disappear. A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it. If the company goes broke, what do you expect to happen?
Many construction related companies went bust in the last few years. They won't be back.
If you think your windows are a problem, I spent $27K on an airplane engine and the manufacturer went under 2 yrs. into a 5 yr. warranty. It happens.

Actually, now you're responsible for the maintenance of your windows.
