I have/had a policy with this company. I no longer have this car. Last time I had an issue where I didnt inform my insurance company and my lic was supsended becasue it looks like i am going with out insurance. So NO LIE FOR 3 WEEKS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT A WAY TO REACH THESE PEOPLE!. Because my policy is no longer active the phone systewm wont take the policy number and every single thing/ ext I try just disconnects me. GET A REAL PHONE SYSTEM OR FIX YOUR SYSTEM. YOU HAVE YOUR SYSTEM SET SO IT DISCONNECTS ALL UNKNOW RATHER THEN PUTTING YOUR CUSTOMER THRU! IM BUYING MY NEW CAR THIS WEEK AND NO WAY IN H*** WOULD I COME BACK TO YOU PEOPLE  BECAUSE I CANT EVEN GET THRU UR SYSTEM LOL
