I had never heard of this UBER company. I got my credit card bill and there were several charges made to my credit card from this company. I tried calling this company and all you get is a message to contact them on line. When you go to their web site there is no option to contact them, only to sign up to use their services. I did not use this company in ANY way. I did not aurthorize anyoner else to use my name or credit card number to this company. There does not appear to be any way to contact this fraudlent company to even tell them what pieces of s**t they are for using or allowing someone else to use my cred card.

Here is what you need to do

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

You need to immediatly contact the bank that issued the Credit Card and report the fraud.  They will investigate and if it is indeed fraud they will remove the charges from your account and you will not be responsible for them.  In addition to contacting them on the phone you should also follow up the dispute in writing.

But you need to do this quickly, as you only have 60 days(or two billing cycles) to report the fraud.  After that you could be held responsible.

As for UBER, even if you got a hold of them they won't give you any information about who used your card out of privacy concerns.  After all how do they know you are the real card holder?  But this is not out of the ordinary, the same thing would happen regardless of the company.  Which is why you must contact your bank.
