This whole funding program is a sham!  You still owe me $15 ,000 and I have Homeland Security investigating your actions!  There was no breach of contract whatsoever on my end. You did absolutely nothing the process my loan and never returned any phone calls.  I hope other people do not get caught up in your web of lies and deception!

On or about december 13,2016 my company UCC International entered into an agreement to aid in locating funds for bulldog funding, llc, C.E.O.-james youngblood out of Houston, texas. My company provided all the information and help in obtaining a loan of 12,000,000 for investing in houses to be resold to consumers.Mr. Youngblood cancelled a valid contract then went around me to my partner to get the same funding. In the process mr. Youngblood claims that i did not do what i agreed to do, when in fact, i made all the proper contacts and preparation for the main loan.Fee charges were 15,000 with another 25,000 in escrow,to be paid upon completion of my work. The result is a violation of our contract,and he has made me lose money with other potential customers.Going around someone with whom you have a contract, is a violation of a non-compete agreement, which can subject you to legal action,attorney fee's,and other cost.I submit to the public,that i completed my end of the contract and was not fully paid for my services. Mr. Youngblood is in violation of the agreement which calls for my receiving fees and commissions from the 12,000,000 loan.It is unfortunate that we are subject to arbitrary criticism of business people and entities requiring us to respond by the same means.Mr youngblood,you are wrong.
