In order to fight of the winter freeze I bought two of my daughters a pair of Ugg boots on line as they are hard to find in the high st. Time passed, no parcel arrived, so I dug out the email receipt and tried to make contact with saleuggsdirect at john10@xrenmail.com. Sadly, my email just came winging back and the telephone number offered was constantly engaged. I am very angry to have been swindled out of 198 and the girls still have cold feet. The payment went through paypal who if you haven't an account with are impossible to contact, user friendly, I think not. But, hopefully Visa will cover the loss. Ugg boot buyers beware!
