U.K.lottery ripoff,I was rippedoff for $120.00 for courior charges to deliver a 4.6 million dollar check that I was supposed to have won.And now there saying that the Thai Gov.put a hold on the winnings until 0.1% of the winnings are payed.Which is $4.600 dollars.This is directed from aMr.Duah David Dumont,Director of accounts.
