I received an email confirming this over 3 weeks ago but since then they have not answered any emails. When I call I'm told someone will ring but they don't. Same on the live chat. I invested £500 but they took it twice i.e. £1000. £500 was taken by completing an online form the other £500 was taken by them manually.They also tried to take another £250 but it was declined. When I discovered this I withdrew £500 and received an email confirming this.  

That was over three weeks ago.

I have rung them several times, each time I'm told someone will ring me back but they don't.

I have used their contact email several times but had no replies.

I have used live chat to ask when it will be processed but told someone will contact me. They haven't.
